Pete Blumel

Blumel is a multiple award-winning veteran producer, including 3 BAFTAs for Best Story & Character and Best Gameplay. His career spans over 23 years in feature film, animation, immersive reality, and AAA interactive production leading 100s of team members on some of the biggest entertainment franchises in the world. At Rogue Initiative, Pete brings his strong technical background, vast Hollywood relationships, and creative production acumen to the studio’s slate of film, tv, interactive and immersive projects. He has developed and sold television shows to major studios and before founding Rogue Initiative served in a key producer role at Activision’s Infinity Ward game development studio where he became intimately involved in the creation and production of the CALL OF DUTY: MODERN WARFARE series and GHOSTS video games grossing well over $4B in revenues. Prior, he spent nearly 11 years at Dreamworks SKG, first on animated features PRINCE OF EGYPT and SHREK then later at Amblin Entertainment where he was involved with blockbuster films such as THE ISLAND and TRANSFORMERS. Blumel is an active guest speaker and has been interviewed by Bloomberg TV, Venture Beat, and various other industry news outlets. He’s a member of The Producers Guild of America, The International Game Developers Association, British Academy of Film and Television Arts, and advisor to the State of Louisiana’s Economic Development Division, LSU’s Digital Media Arts program, and two Asia-based tech & entertainment startups. Blumel is currently serving as a producer and in pre-production on a major Motion Picture as well as overseeing the production, directing, and writing of a AAA Video game with Rogue's team of developers.

Cathy Twigg

Cathy Twigg is a veteran in the Entertainment industry with a career spanning over 22 years in Feature Film, Feature Animation, TV Animation, and Television. Over her industry tenure, Twigg has served at MTV Films, Dreamworks Television Animation, Sony Pictures Television, NBC Universal, Bandeira Entertainment, New Crime Productions, and Dreamworks Animation working on several live-action television series and notable projects including TOONSYLVANIA, INVASION AMERICA, KUNG FU PANDA, MONSTERS VS ALIENS, HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON, SHREK THE HALLS, MADAGASCAR, MADAGASCAR 2, PENGUINS OF MADAGASCAR, TIGERLAND, SLAP HER, SHE'S FRENCH and THE LOVE LETTER not to mention multiple Television projects.
Twigg is an active guest speaker most recently at Casual Connect, Digital Hollywood, LSU’S Game Fete, Tech Open Air, Red Stick International Film Festival, and Women in Tech. She has also been named top 10 Innovators by Variety Magazine and has been interviewed by various other industry news outlets. Twigg is an advisor to the State of Louisiana’s Economic Development Division, LSU’S Digital Media Arts Program, and advises several entertainment startups. She is also an active volunteer for several schools and family-oriented programs. Using her well-rounded film, animation, television, and worldwide product distribution experience, she has produced, directed, and written several films and web series and is currently developing Rogue Initiative Studio's IP for interactive, feature, television, and XR projects. Twigg is currently serving as a producer and in Pre-Production on a Major Motion Picture as well as writing and producing a AAA Video game with Rogue's team of developers.

Denny Twigg

Denny was born and raised in Southern Louisiana, He studied Business Administration, Flim & Broadcasting at Northeastern Louisiana University. He has over 20yrs experience in both Financial & Management and has held executive positions with several fortune 500 companies. Denny's love for entertainment has driven him to work in front and behind the camera, producing short films, and writing several scrips. He joins The Rogue Initiative as Director of Human Relations/Creative consultant.

Ryan Siebrasse

Siebrasse brings with him three Bachelor of Science Degrees (Physics, Communication Studies and Theatre Production, Education) and two Master of Science Degrees (Technology for Education and Theatre Studies: Production and Design) to the Rogue Initiative's creative team. He has used his mastery of technology and science education to introduce the laws of physics, chemistry, and biological phenomena to students as young as six during his fifteen-years as an elementary and secondary school educator. Additionally, Siebrasse has twenty-years of theatrical production expertise as a producer, artistic and technical director, writer, designer of scenic, lighting, sound, & costumes, as well as a performer contributing in the creation of over 150 stage-productions in Los Angeles, New York, and in between, founding and serving on the board of multiple theatrical companies and performing arts educational programs throughout his career.

Brad Etheridge

Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind texts. Separated they live in Bookmarksgrove right at the coast of the Semantics, a large language ocean. A small river named Duden flows by their place and supplies it with the necessary regelialia. It is a paradisematic country, in which roasted parts of sentences fly into your mouth.
